Because peptides are sensitive products that cannot be restocked, resold, or verified for safe handling once delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns after purchase. The only exception is in the rare event that a customer provides clear and concrete proof of tampering or damage upon arrival, submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery; in such cases, we will evaluate the claim and determine whether a replacement or partial remedy is appropriate. If peptides are used or consumed in any manner, you agree that such use is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and liability for any effects, reactions, or outcomes rests solely with you. No refunds will be issued for products that have been opened, used, stored improperly, or handled outside the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Any service-related adjustments, refunds, scheduling concerns, or treatment questions fall under their policies and management. This website does not issue refunds for IV therapy services, nor do we assume liability for outcomes or experiences related to those treatments.
For peptide orders or peptide-related concerns specifically, customers must contact us directly using our designated communication channels. By making a purchase, you accept responsibility for reviewing all product descriptions, service details, and usage guidelines prior to checkout, and you acknowledge that misuse, misunderstanding of product purpose, or personal dissatisfaction does not constitute grounds for a refund.
